Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Lady Hamilton Hotel, I was immediately charmed by its rich history, being nestled in a stunning 15th-century building right next to the Royal Palace in Stockholm's enchanting Gamla Stan. My mornings began with an excellent breakfast featuring eco-friendly ingredients, fueling my daily explorations around the medieval streets and nearby gems like the Nobel Museum. The staff radiated warmth and hospitality, eager to assist with local recommendations or simply engage in friendly conversation. Each room, adorned with a symbol of a Swedish provincial flower, made me feel at home, while the comfortable bedding ensured nights of restful sleep. I also loved the small yet delightful Bistro Emma, where we enjoyed afternoon tea, truly a moment savored amidst the charming decor and historic artifacts that filled the hotel. If you're looking for a blend of comfort, history, and sustainability, this hotel is a no-brainer for your Stockholm adventure! I'll certainly return, hopefully with fellow environmental activists to share this hidden gem with.
